yes i use photoshop 7.0
and to make the red light just make a new layer and use a feather brush. its given in photoshop. iunno how to explain what brush it is but its near the top, not the exact top but its around there and use the 45px one and choose red and thats it pretty much. oh wait, then you have to set the layer on screen.lol i have no idea ofthat makes any sense..if you need any clearing up ask. :)
